err...not much stuff today

had home econs kitchen trial

wel...it didn't go as bad as i thought

neither as good

the tofu failed completly

so we took it off the menu

and the fish was fantastic!

although it wasn't completely cooked in the middle

we rushed a bit too much

there was not enough time to finish our frying

and the "fruit basket" looked fantastic!

(sry to ziqing if you like the manga but it really looked like a fruit basket)

and the tartar sauce was soooooooooooo nice!

and our egg was the most perfect of the whole thing

nice and yellow

but i think marie forgot to put salt

hopefully it isn't too bad lah hor.

and...what else...

err...i think that's all

yeah

it was really fantastic!

coz it we made some changes to the original recipe so it is

our own ORIGINAL work.

and the teacher also say the fruit basket very good

but of course lah, it is not the size of a basket

it's very small

about the size of 4/3 of your hand

about there, made of watermelon skin that i took about fifteen

minuits to fix into the right shape and thickness

but it was really so good!

but i guess we leftover some food that we just chucked into our own stomach

hahaha:)
